We took off for a four night stay in Wales as a part of a tour of gardens of South and West Wales led by the excellent Tony Russell whom we'd met on a similar tour of North Wales in 2022. We preceded the tour with a night in Skenfrith (Monmouthshire) and then stayed a night in Langford (Oxfordshire) on the way home. The five days of our tour came at the end of a spell of fine weather and although rain often threatened it only became a factor on the last afternoon.
